HR Consultant

RBK is the largest independently branded accounting firm in Ireland. We provide audit, accounting, taxation and business advisory services, including HR, to domestic and overseas individuals and companies. Our offices are based in Athlone, Dublin and Roscommon. We are expanding our HR Solutions Division and looking to recruit an experienced HR Professional to join our team based in Athlone. Role & Responsibilities The key focus of the role is to support the delivery of effective, efficient, value-adding outsourced HR Consultancy services to our Clients. Provision of consultancy support services to our clients. Management of HR Helpdesk. Provide proactive HR guidance and support and manage complex employee relations issues. Support the implementation of HR policies and processes within the Client's organisation. Maintain documentation and prepare reports to ensure compliance and support the effective conclusion of employee relations issues. Attend Client's premises to support clients and employees. Build relationships and key contacts with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate HR Solutions. Communicate progress of each assignment in a timely and constructive manner. Take action to manage own personal development. Requirements CIPD Qualified or a degree in related subject. Minimum 3 years experience in a HR Advisory position. Demonstrate proven knowledge of employment law. Well - developed interpersonal and communication skills capable of conveying requirements to Clients and Partners with varying HR knowledge. Ability to use own initiative and work with a proactive and pragmatic approach. Full clean driving license.
