Our client is a high profile participant in the Australian Corporate community. With a creative and energised senior management team they are well positioned in the local market place.

As a key senior member of the corporate development team , your primary purpose will be to oversee the evaluation and execution of major projects and investments, delivering high quality outcomes on M & A initiatives. You will act as key point person for M&A activity as well as proactively monitoring market developments that might translate into potential opportunities both domestic and offshore.

Candidates will ideally have significant (8+ years) experience working on major and complex M&A transactions from a blue chip corporate, investment bank or private capital fund. International experience would be well regarded as well as a breadth of experience across accounting, consulting and corporate advisory. You will have bags of energy, a positive can do approach, the confidence to deal at a senior level combined with a healthy dose of modesty. Armed with these attributes and supporting skill base you will be earmarked for future career mobility within the firm.
