Twenty Financial Services are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Risk Analyst for an Asset Management firm in London
The company is a leading fund management company for institutional clients which has been fast growing and continues to expand globally. This person will contribute to the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework across this firm
Role Responsibilities
* Development and maintenance of the RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) framework
* Leading workshops and training on RCSA processes
* Working closely with Business Process Management to set risk and controls in place
* Contributing to the development of several risk oversight procedures
* Risk and control reporting
* Development and timely review and update of the enterprise risk management framework and processes
* Development and implementation of the target operating model and other risk system projects
* Maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management SharePoint - acting as the first point of contact for this
* Collaborating with all business functions across the Group in order to strengthen the execution and running of numerous risk processes
Required Skills
* Financial services background
* 2nd LoD Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk experience is desired
* Strong report writing skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders
