Robert half finance and accounting are actively recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a rapidly growing technology business in Trafford. The role is being offered as a 3 month temporary assignment following on with a potential conversion to permanent employment.
With onsite parking the business is looking to recruit a target driven purchase ledger clerk to join a high performing finance team
Key Responsibilities.
- Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices.
- Deal with supplier queries.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bacs payments.
- Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices.
- Pre-payments and accruals.
- Ad hoc duties
Your Profile
The successful purchase ledger clerk is likely to have had previous purchase ledger experience, specifically in dealing with high volumes. You will be working with a team and reporting directly to the senior purchase ledger clerk.
