£21,000 per annum + 30,000 OTE

Due to consistent retention and organic growth, they are looking to bring on board 3 Unsecured Loan Advisors. The business prides itself on its staff training and development and can offer a great platform for a great career in financial services.
The role:
Unsecured Loan Advisors will work handling red hot incoming loan enquiries from customers via a number of lead sources. You will qualify customer products via fact finding to establish their financial needs. Advisors will perform affordability assessments before presenting customers with appropriate and suitable portions. Advisors will manage the sales process through to completion and provide great service throughout.
The package:
The role is based in Manchester City Centre and pays £21,000 per annum which increases to £24,000 after probation and involves uncapped commission. Commission can be earned very quickly and a realistic OTE for year 1 is 30,000. Company benefits includes 23 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension, life insurance, a healthcare plan, brilliant incentives and much more. Training is outstanding, progression is unlimited and new opportunities are presenting themselves all the time, including professional qualifications.
Requirements:
Previously finance sales experience is essential. The successful candidate will be money motivated, have a strong work ethic and be willing to get stuck in.
