You will be working for a large national insurer that focus on delivering strong and sustainable returns. With multiple offices nationwide, you will join a company that has recently experienced growth, and who are looking to bring someone on board that can help grow the business further.

Your new role
Working as a Senior Underwriter, you will be responsible for the development and profitability of new business within your own authority, in line with the companies strategy. As a Senior Underwriter, planning and managing individual work within the team and delivering agreed objectives and SLA's will also form a part of your job. In turn coaching, training and development of the team will be expected.

What you'll need to succeed
In your new job you will need to display a deep understanding of the commercial insurance market, and display exceptional technical underwriting knowledge. You will hold at least a dip CII qualification or commit to achieve this qualification within an agreed timescale. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is vital, as the company are focused on maintaining their excellent reputation within the market.
