With solid background and experience in hospitality, F&B and front-of-house management in a fast-paced environment, you will be a role model, trainer and leader for our service and cleaning team, as well as a bridge to our tenants and customers with heaps of positive energy to drive success in a to-be-launched venue.
The ideal candidate -

You will be a role model, trainer and leader for our service and cleaning team, displaying a friendly, positive personality.
You will be responsible for our day-to-day operations (collaborative work between both positions) of the HWKR food centre, stock ordering and control within the centre
Will understand the ideology of controlled chaos and train floor staff to deliver food and maintain high quality service to customers in a fast-paced environment while staying composed in a pressured environment
Knowledgeable with alcohol (beer, wines, champagne, liquor and cocktails) and overseeing responsible service of alcohol (working in cohesion with Bar Manager) and up-keeping a safe work place
Work closely with the Business Development Manager in ensuring operations for existing tenants and smooth transition and on-boarding of new tenants

To be the best fit, you'll be a self-motivated, autonomous, savvy venue operator with a penchant for what's new in food and extensive knowledge in beverages. You'll have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to share your knowledge, train and manage staff. You'll have a hands-on customer service approach and be the cultivator of good venue vibes. Experienced with managing people, venues and KPI's, alongside the ability to demonstrate your proven third-party and stakeholder management skills.
You'll have at least 3 years' (1 year for assistant role) experience in a similar role and be used to working in a fast-paced environment that's ever changing.
Position Description:
Venue Management-
Working with key stakeholders and third parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Preparation of rosters
Hiring of floor staff (service staff, cleaners, security)
Ensure placement of signage(s) daily
Support Business Development Manager to smoothly on-board new tenants
Manage venue leasing calendar/appointments to ensure full capacity at all times
Work with Business Development Manager on rolling out Marketing/Social Media plans
Support events where necessary
Training of tenants and centre staff on use of POS/Apps systems and project management tools
Work closely with Business Development Manager to ensure a food safe environment (coordinator with Health Officers and Pest Controls, etc)
Respond to and resolve (alongside BDM) tenant/customer complaints
Events Management -
Coordination of HWKR-related events and lease-related events
Managing of events calendar
KPI's
Complaint resolution within 24 hours
Customer review ratings
OH&S compliance
Food safety compliance
Worksafe compliance
