A major UK insurer offering experienced Broker Development/Account Manager the opportunity to join an established market facing team in Glasgow.

This particular role exists within the commercial broker team.

The Role

· You will manage an attractive broker panel, of varying shapes and sizes across the Glasgow and the surrounding area. Each holds an active, supporting agency which needs managing, nurturing and developing.
· You role will be to build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholder within your panel, discussing products, opportunities and securing a reputation as the go to' insurer for commercial lines.
· You will be targeted with strategic panel growth.

You

· You will demonstrate a proven track record of broker account growth in a target driven, corporate environment, ideally in Glasgow or the surrounding area.
· You will be polished, professional and articulate with a solid commercial approach - able to navigate your way around a broker panel to secure opportunities and drive growth.
