Life, Pension and Investment Administrator LHM Casey McGrath is recruiting an experienced Life, Pensionand Investment Administrator to join a client's Wealth Management brokerage ona permanent basis.  This position is based in their office in Dublin 6. Responsibilities: Sales support & general administration duties to includebut not limited to the following: Allocation and processing of all daily correspondence Maintain online CRM system Scanning/processing of all customer documentation Processing and management of new business applications Provision of Sales Support for firm's consultants Diary management for consultants Preparation of Client Reports Reporting to Management Regulatory Compliance responsibility Provision of professional customer service support to our clients Qualification,Knowledge & Experience: Minimum QFA qualification Experience working in a life & pension brokerage, life company or bank is beneficial Familiar with the full range of life, pension, and investment products in the Irish market Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills Required Skills: Strong work ethic Attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Customer first approach Proficient in MS Office Confident and competent communicator both written and oral
