Main Duties
The role will be the subject matter expert for the department in using technology innovations (robotics/artificial intelligence) to:
- Enhance workflow within and across teams by reducing manual and duplicated inputs,
- Implement automated solutions to replace manual processes,
- Automated statistical extraction / collation for the various reporting required
- Advise on how to integrate the various systems within the bank and with screening service providers.
- 5-7 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in FinTech companies (candidate with direct compliance experience is preferred but not mandatory)
- Key expertise / capabilities in Artificial Intelligence based predictive algorithm, Machine Learning, quantum compute, data science and data mining
- Key role in software and system design and research with programing skills and background.
- Technical skills in statistical analysis, data mining and processing, decision tree design, clustering, knowledge of SAS and other analytical tools like Qlikview, Robotics, SQL, Python, etc.
- Ability to work with unstructured data, parallel databases and parallel query processing.
