Your Opportunity: Our client, a well established firm in Cork City are looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts professional to join their team. Your Day-to-Day: This role will involve taking owndership of the entire payroll function in the firm, managing and processing payroll for numerous clients including sole traders, SME's and other organisations. The role also involves some ad hoc accounts duties including AP/AR and taking accounts to trial balance stage. Your Experience: Payroll Technician Qualification or equivalent. Previous experience and knowledge of a broadly used/recognised payroll system is an advantage. Exposure to previous continuous improvement projects to optimise and harmonise practices, policies and processes. You: Collaborates excellently with colleagues, team, other functions and stakeholders Dependable, honest and excellent attention to detail Problem solver and initiates process improvements in partnership with relevant stakeholders
