This permanent role is a great opportunity for someone who has advanced excel experience and wants to take the next step towards becoming a finance analyst and move away from management/financial accounts to extract and produce data for the financial controller and finance director.

The client we are trying to help with the Analyst vacancy are a fast growing SME business based in Leatherhead with long standing relationships in the UK

Description

The Finance Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Complex analysis of large high volume data sets using excel to extract data for the financial controller and director
  • Performance v Forecast
  • Sales, gross margins and operational overheads
  • Customer trends and forecasting
  • There is no transactional / management accounts production or completion involved in this role

    • Profile

    The ideal candidate for this Junior Finance Analyst role will have:

    * Studied accountancy papers AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA and is ideally part qualified or AAt qualified

    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Experience of analysing large data sets, intepreting the data and explaining it to finance and non finance team members

    Job Offer

    This opportunity is offering circa £30,000 per annum as a package depending on experience.

    Free parking and close to the train station/town centre

    9-5.30pm

    20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

    Financial study support is not available, however the company will support time off for exams
