Our team advises clients on which regulatory obligations are applicable to their business, including those relating to the payments regimes, and works with clients to develop and implement effective policies and procedures. Your approach will be solutions-focused and will rely on your ability to apply your expertise while building and maintaining productive working relationships. Your solutions are not only compliant, but they are commercially sound and client focused. The Candidate The successful applicant will ideally meet the following criteria; -          Will have extensive experience within a compliance or policy role, ideally within financial services -          Previous experience of developing policies and procedures for risk management -          Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deal with multiple projects at one time -          Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally with senior individuals and both internal and external stakeholders -          Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information -          Solutions oriented, commercial approach This role is based in Belfast but will include some travel to London.
