Page Personnel Finance are exclusively recruiting a Management Accountant initially for a 15 month fixed term contract, but the role has the potential to become a permanent position. Our client is an extremely friendly business based in south Nottingham (commutable from Nottingham, Grantham and Loughborough).
Client Details
Our client is a well established manufacturing business that has been operating for c. 30 years. It started as a business that supplied its products in the UK, but it now sells its products internationally. The head office in Nottingham has an extremely friendly feel and atmosphere.
Description
As Management Accountant you will be working a part of the friendly finance team of c. 5. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- producing monthly management accounts
- journal entries, accruals and prepayments
- producing trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss, with analysis
- balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT returns preparation
- PAYE submission and payment
- pension reporting and submission
- overseeing payroll process
- authorising customer credit limits
- produce and submit monthly EC sales lists
- authorising supplier payments
Profile
To apply for this role you will:
- have experience of producing monthly management accounts
- have excellent communication skills
- ideally have used Sage, but this is not essential
