Description

As the number 1 finance person for this extremely High profile property asset, the Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for a host of activities including:

Financial reporting and analysis.

Preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts.

Development and implementation of financial and accounting strategies.

Review and consolidation of financial and investment reports.

Income and expenditure accounting, balance sheets and cash flows.

Manage internal and external audits and assist in all tax related matters.

Provide recommendations to optimise the quality of revenue, cost and profit.

Analyse new investment opportunities and new business models proposals.

Provide insightful reviews of performance.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a bright and engaging, qualified accountant with significant Commercial Property experience!

Experienced in handling full set of accounts and preparation of monthly financial statements, budgeting, cashflows, valuation, reporting, tax and service charge

Well-developed financial modelling skills.

Self-motivated, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and able to cope with dynamic environment and tight deadlines

Good commercial sense, with strong problem solving and communication skills

Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English

Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service

Experience of meeting operational targets in a demanding working environment

A general understanding property asset management including contracts and landlord and tenant relationships, leasing etc, would be highly beneficial!
