Account Receivable Clerk An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Newry.  You will support a busy administration team. As a point of contact with customers, you will develop a sound knowledge of Around Noon Ltd.'s products, markets and customers in order to maximise efficiency within the department. This is achieved by: A knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Excel and Word. A knowledge of products ranges and prices. Knowledge of customers. Checking and filing of delivery notes. Working with the manager to ensure all customer accounts are current. Reporting on customers. Key Responsibilities: 1 .On a daily basis, sort, and file delivery dockets and ensure issues are resolved 2 . Review delivery dockets for correctness. Liaise with customers / management regarding any irregularities 3 . Assist with importing of Sales Orders into Sage, reconciling total quantities imported agree to quantities invoiced 4 . Ensure all products ordered are part of the customers' product range. If not, contact your supervisor 5 . Ensure pricing is applied to all products ordered 6. Assist Sales Department with queries 7 . Respond to any customer queries 8 . Assist with EDI uploads 9 . Assist with central billing remittances 10 . Process lodgments ensuring entries posted are correct both in the bank account and the customer account Personal Specification 1 . Good Communication Skills in English (interpersonal, listening, written and oral) and a working knowledge of English 2 . Good mathematical skills 3 . Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word 4. Previous finance experience is preferable.
