Description
This role will be reporting in to the Financial Controller.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with the sales team on commercially viability on new contracts
- Managing global contract processing cycle including process, governance, reporting, cut off and any reconciliations required for month end reporting
- Overseeing the monthly invoicing process and acting as a point of escalation
- Finance lead on any customers going through administration, liquidation, CVAs or finance restructuring
- Sales team commission calculations and query handling
- Cyclical customer invoicing audits
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar type role - Essential
- Be a good communicator at all levels - Essential
- Be ACCA or CIMA part qualified - Desirable
- Have excellent understanding of deferred revenue accounting - Essential
- Be analytically minded with a strong attention to detail - Essential
