Group Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely information for both internal and external reporting purposes, in order to enable management to enhance Company profitability and performance and to ensure company assets are appropriately safeguarded.

My client are an AIM listed, profitable and growing manufacturer. They've created this role to support further growth and high quality information for shareholders and internal stakeholders alike.

Description

• Preparation of external financial reporting for Group to include interim statement and annual report and accounts.

• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and FRS101 at all times.

• Ensuring compliance with key disclosure requirements for half and full year reporting.

• Management of the external audit process, liaising with external auditors and internal finance teams as appropriate.

• Liaison with external advisers to ensure compliance with UK tax regulations including VAT and corporation tax.

• Completion of monthly management accounts including consolidation of Group entities.

• Support finance team in the annual budgeting process and monitoring performance against budget throughout the year.

• Completion of cash flow forecasting and evaluation of compliance with financial covenants.

• Support finance team with ad-hoc accounting projects as required.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Strong technical experience
