JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Organise and lead Finance team

  • Provide monthly reporting detailed, accurate, timely, with analysis and recommendations:

    • P&L

    • Balance Sheet

    • Cash Flow



  • Drive annual budget process and follow through

  • Build and maintain banking relationships; arrange debt financing

  • Monitor and optimise cash flow

  • Provide all analytical input as well as thought leadership for:

    • Operational improvements

    • Investment decisions

    • Pricing/sourcing

    • Strategic discussions



  • Develop and monitor KPI’s across company and integrate into systems

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning

  • Cover all regulatory requirements, manage auditors

  • VAT reporting

  • For international subsidiaries:

    • Controlling

    • Transfer Pricing

    • Tax and VAT issues
