Description

Finalist Management Accountant duties and responsibilities;

• Assist the finance manager in month end reporting and accounts production for Group with P&L ownership of a global region
• Take full ownership of certain sites financial performance and accounts production
• Monthly and annual reporting
• Management information production and analysis
• Fixed asset register maintenance and analysis
• Business partnering with operational and site managers to provide detailed accounts and commentary
• Working alongside a finance analyst assisting in budget and forecast preparation
• ad-hoc Reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy of accounts and information

Profile

• ACCA/CIMA finalist or someone with great academics who is part qualified
• A history of progressing to date and adding commercial value
• Full Month end accounts production exposure with reporting experience desirable
• Comfortable understanding what feeds into accounts production at a transactional level and eager to add value with continuous improvements with the Finance manager in regards to full month end accounting and financial analysis
• Personable, driven, sociable and upbeat character
