Have you ever wanted to get into manufacturing but always thought you might need experience in manufacturing previously?
I’m working with a great SME manufacturing business based in Alfreton who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. It’s working for a Head of Finance who we know very well having supported him to recruit many roles in the business whilst he has been there (he has been with the business over 10 years and still loves every minute of being there and has a great passion for the business.)
This role will fully support you with CIMA/ACCA studies and the manufacturing experience you can add to your CV will be second to none. Progression in the role is in-built as the Head Of wants to pass on more experience over time to the successful candidate.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support with the production of monthly management accounts and associated reporting
- Labour and materials usage analysis
- Variance analysis and reporting
- KPI and MI reporting
- Support with budgets, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis
