About the role

The Work Health and Safety Coordinator supports Calvary Bruce Private Hospital in implementing the National Work Health and Safety Program, embedding safety KPI's, risk management, injury management and prevention, investigations and training/coaching staff across the business. The role will work closely with Departmental Managers to ensure they work in accordance with the requirements of Calvary's WSE mangaement system and relevant legislation.

What you bring

  • A sound knowledge of WHS legislation and related Codes of Practive
  • Current drivers license
  • Recent relevant experience in a WHS role
  • Ability to work with and influense stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience in delivering WHS training (desirable)
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
