My client an established charity that provides training and investment in the local community is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Administrator. This fantastic opportunity is available on a permanent a Part-Time basis working 20 hours per week. You will be based on the outskirts of Gloucester with onsite parking, the offices are within easy reach of Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury

Your new role
The key purpose of this position is to maintain effective financial processes and procedures for the organisation and to assist in the production of monthly financial reports and the maintenance of budgets. Further responsibilities will include; raising orders, payments and sales and purchase invoices, preparation and processing of supplier payments, operation of the monthly payroll, monitoring expenditure, and reconciliation of bank accounts, acting as the company treasurer and assisting in the preparation of accounts for internal and external audits.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have recent experience working in a similar finance role ideally using sage line 50. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is used to effectively resolving queries and managing a busy workload.
