A leading UK FMCG, business, based in Harlow, are looking for a Billing Team Leader to support the Billings team for a period of 12 months, covering maternity leave.
The key responsibilities of the Billing Team Leader role include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising a medium size team, including objective setting, performance management, 121's
- Managing the day to day performance of the Billing Team, issuing invoices accurately and promptly
- Monitoring Cash Allocation, ensuring all deadlines are met and an efficient service provided to internal and external customers
- Ensuring compliance with Information Governance requirements
- Ensuring compliance with audit and VAT requirements
- Working closely with other departments to ensure invoice accuracy
Qualifications and experience required for the role:
- Experience of supervising a team
- Personable and approachable, with the ability to motivate and engage a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
