CFO-Famous Car Company

Responsibilities： • Overall in charge of the whole financial, admin and IT responsibilities, including Accounting, Controlling, Tax, HR, Admin, Purchasing, Legal (outsourcing), IT, etc. • Define budget planning, including revenue / cost / expense planning • Track on financial performance . • Establish and implement financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures. • Optimize operation process and achieve cost efficiency • Perform financial analysis of business units and prepare cost reports for the projects; • Partner with business leaders to identify business key performance indicators, developing a more accurate forecast and provide sufficient analysis. • Manage functional staffs / services • Develop & enhance IT operation systems (guarantee portfolio mgt. system, PoC auction platform, etc.) • Develop and enhance RV big data AI system • Corporate IT support • Strictly follow all the Compliance requirements shareholders Requirements： • Relative experience on CFO / overall finance controlling • Outstanding performance and trackable • Excellent leadership, team management and personnel development • Fluent English (negotiation level) and native Chinese speaker • 10+ years experience in finance/accounting/controlling area • Experience in IT / big data / risk management preferred • Can-do behavior, self-motivation, work under high pressure and willing to travel
