Internal Controls Lead An opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company at their expanding Cork location. You will be working as part as dedicated team responsible for evaluating financial risk and control processes used in multiple countries. Your role: Overseeing a team reviewing test performance, ensuring tests are performed with sufficient samples Lead consultation with business to implement effective controls Provide risk and compliance related report results to management along with recommendations for further improvement Using the internal control framework, support the continuous improvement of documentation requests and testing design; Establish a strong business relationship with the various business teams; Participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives in the organization, achieving identified goals (financial, process or talent) Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of analysts Your background Degree/Masters' in Finance / Accounting or similar discipline Professional accountancy Qualification such as, CPA, ACCA, ACA required.
