Our client based in Cork is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator. Responsibilities: Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, ADP, Oracle, etc. Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax codes Review payroll audit reports, team members input and payroll register to ensure accuracy Maintain vacation, sick, PTO, Float records, Work Compensation records, and other benefit records Receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters Assist in special projects as assigned by management Use FTP sites to collect and store various files Moving files between directories/folders. Prepare various reports Requirements: This position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience High School graduate or equivalent IPASS an advantage
