Accountant

A well-developed & leading Dubai based company dealing in electrical equipment looking to hire an accountant with 3 to 5-year of UAE experience between 28 to 35 years old.

Job Role/ Description:

• Maintenance of books of accounts on day to day basis.


• Should have good knowledge of finalization of books of accounts.


• Manage HR/Payroll.


• Manage Accounts Receivables.


• Interact with clients on regular basis for collection.


• To prepare Statement of Account at the end of the month for each debtors and send them and other routine reminder letters as and when required.


• To prepare A/R aging report on monthly or as an
  and when required.


• Manage Accounts Payables.


• Monitor and report on payment schedule to the supplier, Processes timely payment including preparation of cheques in the system, preparation of payment vouchers and proper booking of payments.


• Manage Banking Activities.


• Candidate should have good understanding of trade finance activities.


• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting
  and analyzing account information.


• Maintains customer confidence and protects
  operations by keeping financial information confidential.


• Contribute to the monthly analysis of various accounts as required in financial reports.


• Performs any additional duties as requested by the management.
