Part Time Management Accountant

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the part time Management Accountant will be responsible for the production of management accounts for three subsidiary companies of an Liverpool based investment group. This is a part time position, spread across 20 hours per week on a straight permanent basis or temp to perm basis.

Client Details

A UK wide investment company with sites across London, Liverpool and Glasgow. The Liverpool office is home to three of the group's subsidiaries and is where the majority of this role will sit.

Description

The Part Time Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Analysis and commentary of financial; performance
• Budget and forecast process
• Present monthly accounts presentations to board of directors
• Variance analysis
• Act as a finance business partner to customers

Profile

The Part Time Management Accountant will be part qualified or qualified by experience. The organisation will look at taking candidates on either a straight permanent or temp to perm basis. Candidates must have experience in the following areas and must be able to work 20 hours per week:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Strong Excel - pivots tables and vlookup's
• Strong communication and finance business partnering
• Ability to work effectively alone at periods of time
