Our client are based in the City of London and are looking to take on a junior candidate with some experience matching, batching and coding invoices.

There has been a small backlog that needs to be resolve meaning they are willing to give someone the experience they are looking for within accounts payable.

The position is to start immediately, is specifically looking for someone that is happy to work on a temporary basis, and is happy to be paid hourly.

Description

This role, Junior Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary Role), involves

- Data entry

- Matching, batching and coding invoices

- Processing purchase invoices

- Bank reconciliations (will be trained)

- Supplier statement reconciliations (will be trained)

- The role will be paid hourly

- Start this week
