Newly created and exciting opportunity in the West Midlands area for a Business Operations and Project Manager. The company is a dynamic and expanding insurance organisation, who have become market leaders within their field. Due to growth, they are developing another level within their management structure.

This management level role will see you operate as part of the senior management team and have five direct reports. You will oversee various central functions including Compliance, Marketing Learning and Development and IT. Creating a layer between the MD and the departments, you will operate strategically, ensuring business objectives are achieved. You will also be responsible for overseeing a range of projects within the business, ensuring the individual project managers are where they should be in accordance with business plans.

To apply for this role, it is essential you have strong operational and project management experience. If you have experience within one or more of the areas listed above that would be desirable, but what is important is that you are a strong manager, who is highly organised and has good commercial awareness.
