Michael Page Finance are pleased to be partnering with one of the fast growing businesses in the UK. They are consistently driving year on year growth through acquisition activity and are looking for a high calibre Group Accountant to join a highly capable Group Finance Function.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidated Group P&L, BS, cashflow and Group Board Report produced that is timely and accurate
• Preparation of Group Board Report
• Maintenance of consolidation system
• Continuous improvement of processes
• Technical accounting projects
• Support for Cashflow forecast UK
• Ad hoc project work
• Working on and improving the UK consolidated balance sheet
• Strong attention to detail, and able to deliver right-first-time results
• Excellent IT skills including advanced excel, and confident on various management reporting systems

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• ACA, 0-2 yrs PQE
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Being flexible where require
  
• Strong attention to detail, and able to deliver right-first-time results quickly
• Deadline focussed, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively
