- To effectively produce reporting for Credit Risk and Collections and Recoveries, utilising the full range of tools and techniques to required timeframes and reporting cycles to agreed SLA
- To be the technical expert on reporting data and data sources for a particular area of the reporting portfolios e.g. Personal accounts and act as an advisor to Risk management and other business areas
- Managing reports and data set developments from multiple data sources where data complexity can be high
- Using a range of communication methods that successfully and sensitively inform key stakeholders of developments providing the detail required to make decisions
- Collaborating with Santander IT and other departments on production/data issues and projects that include data migration and warehousing
