Treasury Product Manager
Responsibilities：
- Come up proactively with financial markets product ideas which could be put on the platform
- Ascertain the compliance and suitability of the products when distribute to clients
- Widen and enrich the product suite on the platform
- Grow the AUM of the client money / investment in the products originated by the company
- Effectively communicate and articulate the embedded market risks of the products to front line traders for any risk management
Requirements：
- University degree in Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of working experience in product structuring and distribution.
- Excellent product knowledge in FX, interest rate and fixed income products with good understanding in market practices as well as regulatory requirements.
- Independent and active thinking, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent personal and corporate communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
