Sole Payroll / HR Officer

New Sole Payroll/HR Officer role for a well known organisation based in South East London paying up to £32k.

Your new company
The company will be a well known organisation within the sports and goods industries. They have a great culture and excellent future ambitions as a company. They want to develop and commercialise further whilst retaining their loyal customer base.

Your new role
As a Payroll HR Officer you will take sole responsibility of the company payroll for both salaried permanent staff and casual workers. There are a few hundred on the payroll and you will be calculating statutory payments, dealing with pay queries and managing Year End reporting.
From a HR perspective you will be helping set up some initial processes and procedures as currently there is a limited HR framework. Eventually you will support with onboarding, recruitment, disciplinaries and ER.
This is an excellent role for someone to make their own.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong personality who can be adaptable across a variety of different tasks. Most importantly you will have sound payroll legislation knowledge.
