Description

The role of Finance Manager is a broad role which will allow you to use your accountancy skill in the following areas:

• Provide monthly financial reports.
• Attend Board meetings and report on P+L and Cash-flow.
• Liaise with Auditors.
• Analyse predicted change and provide advice and guidance to reduce financial risk.
• Develop an awareness of market trends and local competitors.
• Support with the development of the Charity.
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure VAT returns are completed.
• Manage a small team.

Profile

As this is a broad role, you will ideally be from a finance background but keen to develop you non-financial skills.

You will ideally have strong experience in a similar role and a good understanding of funding streams and business development. Due to the variety of the role, you will be able to develop effective working relationships with non-financial's and have good communication skills.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000.
