Audit Manager

As an Audit Manager, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll: Plan and execute projects to deliver a superior client experience Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for clients Identifying client needs and new business opportunities within client organizations Project management - take responsibility for managing a large and varied portfolio of clients Supervise and train junior members of the team Prepare and present business tenders in order to develop and grow your client portfolio Working capital management - manage work in progress and billings Take full responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified minimum 5+ years' experience strong technical skills (Irish GAAP and auditing standards. IFRS experience an advantage but not essential) Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail Strong commercial and market awareness Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging/dynamic work environment Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
