Vision Australia is a leading national provider of blindness and low vision services in Australia. We work in partnership with Australians who are blind or have low vision to help them achieve the possibilities they choose in life.

We do this through 28 Vision Australia centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; 30 clinics; and through outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Kooyong.

This is a critical role to support a digital transformation program that involves building a close connection between Vision Australia's service delivery model and its enabling systems. This includes working closely with a range of business and technical stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document user stories, prepare business cases which supports the delivery of business transformation.

We are after someone that has experience in service based industries where you will have worked directly with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and shape solutions. You will have a good blend of business, culture and maturity (and understand processes) combined with systems (CRMs) is important.
