An Analyst position at a Wealth Manager focusing on Real Estate investments and based in London.

Client Details

My client are a small Wealth Manager and Advisory firm based in the West end.

Description

The Analyst will be involved in analysing UK property investment opportunities for the company and the 2018 Fund.

The analyses will range from purchases of UK commercial property, to investing in short term bridge loans secured against small scale residential developments.

The work may also include general underwriting, assessment of the extensions and modifications of all types of real estate loans, including bridge loans, development loans and mezzanine loans.

• Help prepare and analyse property valuations, and spreadsheets based on commercial and personal financial statements.

• Responsible for obtaining required financial statements and/or other documentation directly from the market, sellers, and borrowers/guarantors.

• Prepare reports for client on portfolio investments, and potential investments

Profile

• Will support an ACA or ACCA Qualification - Must be minimum Part qualified
• General property valuation and analysis experience

• Specific loan and investment experience preferred, but not all required

• 2-3 years of business experience in Financial Services

• Excellent organisational skills and analytical experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

• Familiarity with financial statements and spreadsheet software

Job Offer

A competitive salary between £30,000-£50,000 plus benefits.
