Accountancy Elite have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced & qualified Financial Accountant to join an established business that possess a fantastic reputation. THE ROLE - will include but not be limited to:


*To design and lead training on all Finance administered systems
*To be the 'go to' person for all users of the Finance administered systems, providing end user support for Cognos TM1 prior to escalation to external support
*Execute month end responsibilities to enable the close and reporting of ledgers
*Support the Finance team in providing concise and relevant monthly management information to CCB management and key stakeholders
*Monthly completion of all balance sheet reconciliations for all the entity accounts.
*To provide information requested by internal or external auditors and to address any financial system recommendations from the internal or external auditors
*To identify new opportunities for the use of systems available to Finance

SALARY - £40,000 to £45,000 (Dependent on Exp)

EXPERIENCE

·Must have substantial experience with and knowledge of Cognos, Excel, developed through use in real-life situations
·Evidence of good interpersonal and team management skills will be highly valued
·Able to demonstrate technical proficiency and up-to-date knowledge of accounting developments
·Competence with the other elements of Microsoft Office software would be helpful
·Personal qualities must include enthusiasm, adaptability, tenacity, selfstarter, and an absolute commitment to achieve team and personal objectives and meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

·CIMA, ACA , ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified
·Experienced within Cognos TM1 developer
·ALMIS or Parity experience
·Strong excel & modelling experience
