Client Details

Global developer of renewable energy projects with over 1000 megawatt output.

Description

Working closely with the CFO. You will have responsibility for the global financing activities, the most advanced of which are currently located within the UK. Core responsibilities as follows:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed financial models across the portfolio
  • Key project financial management including identifying areas for improvement
  • Effectively communicate project progress at the board level utilising financial analysis and modelling metrics via presentations and written reports
  • Support with capital raises as appropriate
  • Support mergers and acquisitions as required

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive modelling and M&A experience in addition to the following accountabilities;

  • Expert project finance, financial analysis and modelling skills
  • 3 years' experience in investment banking, funds management or financial advisory
  • Excellent commercial acumen including contracts and negotiations
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively
  • Degree level education plus a professional qualification
