  1. Prepare business plans, quarterly and long range forecasts.

  2. Analyse financial data, documents to provide recommendation regarding investment, loans etc.

  3. Get introduced to and maintain contacts with Relationship managers at banks.

  4. Review the term sheet, loan documentation, negotiate with the banks for better terms and ensure compliance with terms.

  5. Prepare periodical reports in respect of the loans and the collaterals with various banks and the actions taken during current month & year-to-date

  6. Ensure loan covenants are complied with.

  7. Ensure to roll over, renew the loans on maturity. Ensure adequate funds are available in time for interest payments.

  8. Assist Senior Management in preparing bank information packs, answering banks’ queries on the financials and operations.

  9. Fulfill ad-hoc information requests from banks and Senior Management.

  10. Review existing procedures and practices to identify scope for improvement.

  11. Keep abreast of statutory / tax regulations applicable especially with regard to CMA, CBK and KSE.

  12. Ensure filing declarations to Statutory Authorities like CMA, KSE etc. on time to protect shareholder’s interests.

  13. Ensure all the statutory requirements are complied with before executing any transaction which requires approvals, compliance etc. (e.g. prior approvals from CMA)
