Main responsibility:
• To lead the Finance team to perform regular reports, including but not limited to CBRC reports, PBOC reports, Tax reports, group reports
• To have an overall control of all financial figures. This includes figures/ratios directly controlled by Finance and indirectly guided by Finance but executed by other departments.
• To guide, or coordinate ad hoc projects, possibly with local regulators, external vendors, consulting firms, group stakeholders.
Qualification/competence:
• Trustworthy
• No less than 5 years experiences in Finance in banking, preferable over 10 years
• No less than 2 years experiences in a leading a team
• Perfect finance and taxation knowledge
• Good communication skill, in both English and Chinese
• Logical thinking, sound knowledge in data base handling
• Self-initiative
