CEO - Kreston International

Competitive Salary

Kreston International is a leading worldwide network of independent accounting firms with 180+ member firms/member firm networks in over 114 countries generating aggregate fee revenues in excess of US$2.3bn.

The role of the CEO is to lead and manage the development of the network by:-

  • Growing the network (fees and member firms)
  • Increasing the value of the network to its members
  • Improving the volume and quality of successful referrals
  • Recruiting new member firms that are strategic (in location or expertise)
  • Managing professional and business risks
  • Ensuring member firms meet membership obligations
  • Promoting Kreston on an international basis
  • Delivering operational plans on time and within budget

The role requires extensive knowledge of and, ideally, experience with the leadership, management and development of professional service firms.

The CEO should be a visionary and strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, must possess an ability to negotiate and arbitrate diverse situations when dealing with independent member firms, be able to develop effective working relationships both within the network and externally to best achieve the delivery of the network's goals.

In addition to strong commercial acumen and adequate technical knowledge, the CEO must have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop the global brand.

Clearly then, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a positive impact. It’s also your chance to formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans that fuel Kreston International’s future. Working closely with senior level colleagues, your diverse role will include managing a range of strategy projects and carrying out high-level research and exploring the potential of new partnerships.

In all of this, your aim will be to support the organisation to become ever more client-centric.

Strong leadership, analytical and influencing skills are important within this role, along with an in-depth knowledge of best practice and travel will be required to enable the promoting of the businesses internationally.

In return, we offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
