This is a superb opportunity for a candidate that thrives working both independently and as part of a team within a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be able to establish an instant report with existing clients and possess excellent written & verbal communication skills. Working hours for the role are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday & 9am - 4.30pm Friday.

THE ROLE

·Credit control for live accounts, monitoring on hold accounts & chasing overdue accounts
·Post BAC's, Cheques, C/C transactions
·Process Customer credit card transactions & refunds
·Use of Sage 50 software
·Assist in the month end collation and dispatch of customer statements and reminders
·Progress Credit Account application forms
·Any other Ad hoc duties directed by the Management Accountant or Finance Director

SALARY - Negotiable Dependent on Experience £20,000 - £25,000


REQUIREMENTS

·Proven ability to prioritise own workload
·Competent in use of IT systems
·Ability to work with high volumes & strict month end deadlines
·Ability to establish relationships wit people of all levels
