An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, qualified accountant to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Chester

Client Details

Following a recent acquisition, the company, a multinational manufacturing organisation, are rapidly expanding and are looking for an ambitious individual to join their team.

Description

Working closely with the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will:

  • Ensure quality control over financial/accounting transactions and reports
  • Support month end processes
  • Create, maintain and develop management reports
  • Support to internal and external audits
  • Participate and lead other projects related to Finance and Controlling
  • Continuous improvement in finance and accounting processes
  • Work in close cooperation with management in the UK, supporting to improve the operational efficiency by financial measures.

    • Profile

    The successful candidate have the following attributes:

    • CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified
    • Advance Excel skills
    • Good working knowledge of ERP systems
    • Manufacturing experience would be ideal but not essential
    • Project management will be considered a plus

    Job Offer

    £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
