Company Accountant

Company Accountant Armagh £30K - £35K p/a Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Accountant to join a rapidly growing sales business at their Armagh site on a full time, permanent basis. Managing all aspects of the accounts function and liaising with the directors, your responsibilities will include: Key input into business, assisting with efficient management decisions. Management of VAT/PAYE, sales/purchase invoices, monthly statements, credit control. Controlling working capital - eg debtors/creditors etc. Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Budgeting/forecasting and preparing year-end statutory accounts to be signed off with auditors. Criteria: Extensive experience in managing the accounts function within a busy commercial environment. Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyse company financial performance and help drive profitability. Strong management and leadership capabilities. Good communication skills, able to work well within a team. Highly IT literate with a working knowledge of Accounting Software and MS Excel.
