Responsible for overall finance and accounting function of the company according to policies and procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP). Preparation of financial modeling
Responsible to finalize finance plan & deal with various international fund raising institutions and agencies. Participate in Road shows
Oversee organization-wide budget, investments, income, purchasing, finance and financial controls, records and business functions, financial and insurance policies, and operational audits
Interface with internal functional teams, including Treasury, insurance, audit, legal, tax and risk management
Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax and regulatory agencies
Oversee statutory compliance, filing yearly tax returns, registrations, and licenses
Ensure that Internal Audit and External Audit processes and compliances are executed.
