1. Support the statutory accounting for our entities in Lebanon.
2. Assist with the coordination and completion of the statutory month end close process with domestic and foreign accounting teams. Lebanon - Saudi Arabia.
3. Prepare recurring journal entries, financial reports, payroll report, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory accounting reports submission.
4. Performing statutory adjustments in local general ledger.
5. Reviewing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
6. Participating on the statutory reporting process.
7. Ensuring the information used for Tax calculation is accurate and complete.
8. Liaising with third party finance providers as required, designated by the upper management in Saudi Arabia.
9. Participating on quarterly reviews with business finance leaders.
10. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
11. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
12. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
13. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
14. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
15. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
16. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
17. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
18. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
19. Improves Hiring and Retention for the upcoming years.
20. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
21. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
22. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
23. Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
24. Prepares and analyzing the account balances in the trial balance.
25. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
26. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
27. Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
28. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
