Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger for a fast growing business

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the accurate input and coding of all supplier invoices and putting together the supplier payment runs. You will be reconciling all bank transactions to their relevant invoices and reconciling transactions on the accounts system. You will be responsible for general office tasks including collecting, opening and sorting the post, answering the telephone and dealing with basic queries. Also you may be tasked with other adhoc accounts administration duties when requested by the Senior Accounts Assistant.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be need to have recent and relevant accounts payable or purchase ledger experience with mid-high volume purchase ledger processing. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a busy office environment and work as part of team. You will need to manage your own time and be a highly organised individual.
